Flexible and scalable, it can operate fully automatically. The Transitic pocket sortation system can handle a variety of logistics processes in a single installation, including B2B, B2C and returns. Thanks to its modular design, it can be used in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, returns management, automotive or outsourced logistics.

As a standardised solution, the Pocket Sorter ‘Pelican’ is suitable for objects measuring up to 500 x 500 x 150 mm and weighing up to 3.5 kg. It can also handle larger dimensions and loads in special applications. The system offers functions such as transport, buffering, sorting and sequencing at speeds of up to four items per second. Pelican is based on the KISS (Keep it simple and sustainable) adapter, which transports the bags through the system. This solution avoids interference that might otherwise be caused by roller adapters. A patented P&F accumulation conveyor eliminates accumulation pressure and reduces the need for actuators and sensors.
