The textile industry is particularly demanding in terms of logistics flows; sorting, replenishment of supplies, storage and dispatch are all essential stages in the supply chain. As a result, your warehouses should be equipped with overhead conveyors together with garment storage systems in order to make all operations flow better and optimise your production.

Industrial, motor-driven conveyors which meet the strict specifications of the textile industry.

Processing speed, data reliability, and system connectivity and robustness… an overhead conveyor exists for each type of garment and for each stage of your supply chain. Added to WCS software, the conveyor provides better flow and accuracy in the sorting, returns and item dispatch processes.

HANGING SORTER
AUTOMATED SORTING MACHINE
This garment conveyor facilitates individual, automated sorting of items.
RATCHET CONVEYOR
DIVIDING CONVEYOR
The ratchet conveyor separates items from each other and prevents them from piling up.
TELESCOPIC LOOPS FOR ITEMS ON HANGERS
Facilitates the loading and unloading of items on hangers.
TROLLEY CONVEYOR FOR ITEMS ON HANGERS
This system transports garments from one module to another and facilitates their dynamic storage.

Manual conveyors and clothes storage systems which make best use of space and make manual handling easier

The manual garment conveyor is essentially used for connections between motor-driven modules. Often used sideways, it is also used for the transportation of items to work stations and lorry loading and unloading areas.

Storage – when used to optimum effect – allows you to effectively offset your warehouse’s cost per square metre.

MANUALLY DRIVEN
OVERHEAD CONVEYOR
Suitable for transport of items to restocking areas and work stations.
HAND TRUCK FOR TRANSPORT OF TROLLEYS
This hand truck transports trolleys to other modules or to other work stations.
