In 1991, Jean-Marie Weber chose the North of France to set up his company with the will of becoming one of the leaders in the field of suspended logistics. During the 90s, the company deployed solutions in a variety of sectors, including automotive and fashion industry, both in France and abroad.
In 2008, Frédéric Weber, son of Jean-Marie Weber, joined the family business. Sharing the same passion and a strong sense of commitment, they strengthened the company’s expertise and reputation by developing their own ranges of conveyors.
In 2013, Flandres Automation joined the company and brought new skills in industrial automation. Therefore, TRANSITIC is offering global and connected solutions that integrate mechanical systems, automation and supply chain softwares. Since 2016, the company has been based in Lesquin, at the crossroads of Europe, and maintains strong relationships with its customers and partners across the border.
Conforté par une croissance importante de ses activités, Transitic ambitionne de renforcer sa présence à l’échelle mondiale et d’étendre ses solutions connectées dédiées au e-commerce. C’est dans cette optique que Frédéric Weber crée début 2021 la filiale Transitic Systems GmbH dorénavant renforcée par l’expertise d’On Time Systems. OTS possède une expérience de plus de 30 ans dans les solutions GoH (Garments on Hangers) et dans le tri d’articles en mode suspendu.
