The OPEX Scan Tunnel is designed to provide fast and accurate scanning, regardless of the package configuration. It scans each item on all six sides simultaneously, ensuring an optimal read rate.

Its advanced technology can read up to eight distinct barcodes on a single item. Whether it’s multi-product packaging, parcels with multiple labels, or spare parts marked with several references, the system ensures maximum traceability and unmatched reliability.

The product dimensioner is a complementary tool designed to enhance and ensure the reliability of logistics flow management. Installed directly in the scan tunnel, it analyzes in real time the attributes of each product passing through: dimensions, weight, volume, or other specific characteristics.

All this information is automatically collected, updated, and transmitted to the WMS (Warehouse Management System). This provides you with accurate and reliable data, immediately accessible to your teams and management tools.

Xtract is a feature that automates the order retrieval process. Integrated into a fully adaptable turnkey solution, it is designed to efficiently address labor shortage challenges.

This system automates essential steps in order preparation, including high-speed sorting of inventories collected in batches or waves, as well as order retrieval, which was previously done manually. It thus improves productivity while reducing labor requirements.

The Xtract iBOTs handle bins containing sorted orders and automatically transfer them to the appropriate containers for optimized downstream processing.
