Fashion : Convey, sort and store efficiently

Industrial, motor-driven conveyors which meet the strict specifications of the textile industry.

The textile industry is particularly demanding in terms of logistics flows; sorting, replenishment of supplies, storage and dispatch are all essential stages in the supply chain. As a result, your warehouses should be equipped with overhead conveyors together with garment storage systems in order to make all operations flow better and optimise your production.

Processing speed, data reliability, and system connectivity and robustness… an overhead conveyor exists for each type of garment and for each stage of your supply chain. Added to WCS software, the conveyor provides better flow and accuracy in the sorting, returns and item dispatch processes.

Suspended Sorter
Automatic Sorting Machine
This garment conveyor facilitates individual, automated sorting of items.
Clip Conveyor
Ladder Conveyor
The ratchet conveyor separates items from each other and prevents them from piling up.
Telescopic loop for garment on hangers
Facilitates the loading and unloading of items on hangers.
Trolley conveyor for items on hangers
This system transports garments from one module to another and facilitates their dynamic storage.

Manual conveyors and clothes storage systems which make best use of space and make manual handling easier

Manual garment conveyors are mainly used as junctions between motorised modules. Often lateral, it is also used to transport items to workstations and lorry loading and unloading areas.

When storage is optimised, the cost per square metre of your warehouse can be maximised.

Overhead conveyor
manually operated
Suitable for transport of items to restocking areas and work stations.
Hand truck for transport of trolleys
This hand truck transports trolleys to other modules or to other work stations.
Spinning clothes rail or bar racks
Ideal for storing high-turnover clothing. It can be equipped with a rail to evacuate items via trolleys.
Fixed shelving or
static storage
This is the most common and accessible storage system for garments with a low turnover.
