We are looking for our future Sales/Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Your missions

As a Sales/Solution Engineer, you are the technical partner for our clients – from the initial idea to the finished solution. You understand the requirements of modern warehouses, the necessary technologies and interfaces, develop well-thought-out concepts and support the entire sales process from a technical perspective.

Analyzing customer needs and developing customized intralogistics solutions

Creating layouts, process descriptions, and technical concepts

Supporting and advising sales in the pre-sales phase – personally, competently, and goal oriented

Providing technical support for quotations, tenders, and presentations

Acting as an interface between customers, sales, project management, and engineering

Monitoring technical trends and market requirements for the further development of our solutions

What you bring

You love understanding complex processes and communicating them in an understandable way. For you, intralogistics processes are not just technology – you see the big picture and find solutions that work. You have in-depth knowledge of intralogistics processes and technologies – whether through study, training, or professional experience. What is crucial for us are your skills and how you deal with the requirements of our clients and the corresponding teams behind them.

01. Experience in developing technical concepts or in technical sales.

02. Confident use of CAD systems (e.g., AutoCAD, eDrawings) and MS Office.

03. Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit.

04. Very good German and English skills – French skills are a bonus, but not a requirement.
