Business Development Manager (M/F)

The job

Working with the Sales Manager, our Business Development Manager plays a central role in the organisation of the company and its commercial strategy. He/she ensures the realisation of our commercial objectives in central and southerm France, and accompanies our customers throughout their projects, forme design to technical execution.

Our Business Development Manager reports to the Lille-based office but can be located throughout France and travels to clients located in the center and the southern regions.


  • Provide customised solutions by collecting and analysing client requests and needs
  • Follow-up the implementation of our solutions with internal teams as well as customers
  • Lead generation and monitoring
  • Manage the pre-sales business activities: monitor sales results versus objectives and define corrective actions if necessary
  • Analyse market evolutions and competitive offers in order to constantly improve our offer and share this with the team
  • Reporting of sales data versus objectives

Your profile

  • Business acumen and enthusiasm
  • Significant experience in warehouse logistics
  • Drivers license B

Your relevant experience is a must, but your personality, enthusiasm and soft-skills will make the difference!
